Hi, I'm Caroline, the founder of Mastering Molehills. I'm a woman in her forties, deeply committed to helping others achieve balance and success in their lives. My journey into entrepreneurship was driven by a desire to showcase my capabilities while maintaining a fulfilling family life. As a proud mother of two amazing children and a supportive wife to my husband coping with PTSD and depression, I understand firsthand the importance of flexibility and family-first values.
With years of diverse professional experience in large corporations, medium-sized enterprises, and as a business owner, my focus has always been on efficiency, organisation, system improvement, simplification, administration, and problem-solving.
